Hermetic NEat Series Flooring System
The HERMETIC NEAT Series of flooring systems is generally classified as a high gloss, smooth, thin to medium film build system and typically used for dry traffic areas where light to moderate wear and abrasion is anticipated.
HERMETIC Neat flooring systems are commonly used in warehouses, manufacturing areas, laboratories, clean rooms, aircraft hangars and service bays. These floors provide a solid color floor that not only protects the concrete surface below but also provides a surface resistant to spills and stains, abrasion and wear and is easier to keep clean than conventional flooring. These floors are non-porous and antimicrobial as well.
HERMETIC NEAT (CLASSIC)
The Hermetic Neat Classic system is a 3-step process with the final layer yielding a smooth and solid surface with little to no texture. Many customers choose this system due to its economical benefits which helps keep budgets down and yet still provides a durable floor. A fine aluminum oxide powder can be added to the final coat for a more "satin" finish and to add extra wear protection. Typical system yields between 15-25 mils.
HERMETIC NEAT (PRIME)
The Hermetic Neat Prime system is a 3-step process that offers a solid color all the way through the application and provides a smooth texture for easy clean up. This system adds a pigmented final coat which provides UV resistance to this floor system if UV exposure will be high. A fine aluminum oxide power can be added to the final coat for a more "satin" finish and to add extra wear protection. Typical system yields 15-25 mils.
HERMETIC NEAT (EXPRESS)
The Hermetic Neat Express system is a 3-step resinous flooring application that is engineered for interior industrial applications. It incorporates all that the "Classic" system has but with faster setting products for quicker return to service areas. It creates a very durable finish that is easy to clean and maintain while providing resistance to wear abrasion, petrochemicals and contaminants. Typical system yields 15 - 25 mils.
HERMETIC NEAT (PRIME EXPRESS)
The Hermetic Neat Prime Express system is our premium flooring system of the NEAT series. It is a 3-step process that provides full color all the way through the system and additionally adds a slip-resistant component for protection against slip and fall accidents. This floor is most appropriate when time is critical and installation must be done quickly. But in addition to time it also adds a UV light and discoloration protection; as well as, extra slip resistance. It protects the concrete substrate and yields approximately 15-25 mils. If fork lifts are present, a heavier millage can be applied with this system.
